No mind: Your true nature.

      There is this term that has been adopted. This term is "mindfulness". It is a misleading term as it assumes that if a person is present, their mind is full. This is not true. When there is presence and present moment thinking, the mind is empty and awareness is above the lower level of incessant thinking.  Thinking continuously is a disease. The most common disease on the planet. Endless thinking that never seems to end. In January 2024 I experienced a being in the present moment for about 13 hours or so. Any thoughts that were alive were very quiet and were that of curiosity and I was immersed in presence and being.  My nervous system was completely relaxed, which I had never experienced in my life up to that point, perhaps aside from intense meditation. This being immersed in presence happened after a conversation about the nature of love with a buddy of mine.
