Beneath the mask of strength we wear, Lies tender hope, a silent prayer, For connection, deep and true, A bond to hold, a love to view.

Fear of pain, of hearts exposed, Keeps our need for love enclosed, But in the dark, the truth still shines, In seeking love, our spirit finds.

Break the chains of ego’s guise, Let your heart and spirit rise, Embrace the need, the human way, To love, be loved, without delay.

Build bridges strong with trust and care, Find the love that’s always there, In every smile, in every tear, In every soul, both far and near.

Challenge norms that bid you hide, Let your heart be open wide, For in the light of love’s embrace, You’ll find your home, your sacred place.

So let us root for love to grow, In every heart, let courage show, To seek, to find, to freely give, In love’s pure light, we truly live.

If you are low, you are struggling, you need help, reach out , please. If you need to cry, then cry - so what if you feel weak if you do. Talk with other men - talk with someone you trust - I would generally recommend talking to other men - however if there is a woman you trust, talk with her. Women generally can only offer sympathy. They cannot empathize with the male experience. However talking with ANYONE can help. You matter. You have an amazing life ahead. The worst kind of pain is in your head. The worst realities are in your head. Reality is actually better than the terible stories that can exist in your thinking.
