Whether it's the idea of "Oneness" in Eastern philosophies or the "Golden Rule" in different religions, the message is clear: we’re all part of the same powerful connected system. Our spirits resonate on the same frequencies of hope, determination, and camaraderie, creating a symphony of shared human experience.

When we strip away the exterior armors of societal norms and personal histories, we find that we're all reflections of one another. Our victories, struggles, and aspirations are universally recognizable. If you are low, you are struggling, you need help, reach out , please. If you need to cry, then cry - so what if you feel weak if you do. Talk with other men - talk with someone you trust - I would generally recommend talking to other men - however if there is a woman you trust, talk with her. Women generally can only offer sympathy. They cannot empathize with the male experience. However talking with ANYONE can help. You matter. You have an amazing life ahead. The worst kind of pain is in your head. The worst realities are in your head. Reality is actually better than the terible stories that can exist in your thinking.
